"I didn’t think ordering this would turn..."
I didn’t think ordering this would turn into such a hassle, but the shipping has been ridiculously slow. I’m still waiting, and it’s been way more stressful than it needed to be. I just expected it to show up in a reasonable amount of time.

"Refund dragged on way too long"
The return itself was accepted without much trouble, but the refund took way longer than I expected. I ended up messaging them twice just to get an update, which was frustrating. I know delays happen, and I probably spent more time checking my bank app than I should have, but it still felt like something I shouldn’t have had to chase down...

"Am I the only one who thought the quality was disappointing?"
Am I the only one who thought this dress looked way better online than it did in person? It was cute in the photos, but when it arrived, it felt really cheap. The fabric was super thin, and I noticed loose stitching in a few places right away. After just one wash, it already looked worn out. i don’t think it was worth what I paid.

"Their sizing is completely off"
I ordered my usual size, the same one I always wear, and somehow it was way too small. I don’t know what sizing chart they’re using, but this one feels like it’s on them, not me.
